美国商务部长表示，美国政府与中国有“开放的沟通渠道”
Raimonda, US commerce secrerary concluded a four-day visit to China, the world’s second largest economic power last week. She is the fourth cabinet member to visit China this year and the first commerce secretary to visit China in five years. She reiterated that culticating the USD 700 billion bilateral relationship is valuable not just for the two countries, but also for the global economy. One of the crux will be a trade dispute over semiconductors which are used to make chips for cars, smartphones, advanced computers and weapons systems.
Raimondo said the dialogue with China is open but will be continues to be a tough tone. She also added that US government have plenty of tools in their toolbox…export controls, outbound investment screening, tariffs, countervailing duties.
美国商务部长雷蒙达上周结束了对世界第二大经济强国中国为期四天的访问。她是今年第四位访华的内阁成员，也是五年来首位访华的商务部长。她重申，培育价值7000亿美元的双边关系不仅对两国有价值，对全球经济也有价值。核心议程之一是有关半导体的贸易争议，这些半导体用于制造汽车、智能手机、先进计算器和武器系统的芯片。
雷蒙多表示，与中国的对话是开放的，但仍将是展示强硬的态度。她还补充说，美国政府处理对中国贸易争议的工具箱里还有很多工具……例如出口管制、境外投资审查、关税、反补贴税。
